[Leesburg, FL] – [August 2025] — The Association of Mature American Citizens (AMAC) is proud to announce the launch of AMAC Local, an exciting new initiative designed to bring AMAC’s trusted guidance, support, and values-driven advocacy into local communities across the country.

AMAC Local builds on the organization’s nationwide reach by empowering members to engage more deeply at the local level through educational events, local news, and resources tailored to the unique needs of seniors in their own communities.

“Faith, family, and freedom are not just national ideals—they’re community values,” said Rebecca Weber, President and CEO of AMAC. “AMAC Local is about strengthening the fabric of America one neighborhood at a time by providing our members with opportunities to connect, give back, and grow together.”

AMAC Local will offer members:

  • In-person events, including concerts, social gatherings, and workshops on topics like art, history, and financial planning
  • Volunteer opportunities that support veterans, seniors, and conservative community efforts
  • Local updates and alerts to keep members informed on civic issues affecting their cities and towns
  • Resource access, including health, wellness, and faith-based community programming

From small towns to big cities, AMAC Local is rooted in the belief that real change starts close to home.

“This initiative is a natural extension of our mission,” said Weber. “We’ve always believed in the power of the individual to make a difference. AMAC Local gives our members the tools and platform to do just that—right where they live.”
