Combining science-based fitness, kickboxing, self-defense, and personal safety education, EmpowerUSA’s SAFER & STRONGER! Training Program is designed to build cardiovascular and muscular conditioning, flexibility, balance, coordination, agility, reaction time, cognitive function, and practical self-defense skills.
