Stewart Whitson, Senior Director of Federal Affairs at the Foundation for Government Accountability, noted, “Congress can strengthen the Medicaid program through legislative action, which would include repealing Biden’s disastrous Medicaid streamlining rule, which ties the hands of states trying to remove ineligible recipients.”
