FBI investigates Armed Queers SLC for possible foreknowledge of Charlie Kirk assassination
- Authorities investigate Tyler Robinson’s ties to Marxist paramilitary group Armed Queers SLC and other pro-trans online communities for possible prior knowledge or involvement in the assassination plot.
- Armed Queers SLC trains queer individuals to oppose capitalism. It is led by Ermiya Fanaeian, an Iranian immigrant with State Department/UN ties, raising foreign influence concerns.
- The group trained with Cuban militants in 2025, discussing revolution in America, funded by a dark-money network linked to anti-Western agendas.
- Investigators examine Steam and pro-trans groups for foreknowledge or assistance to Robinson, with disturbing social media posts suggesting advance awareness.
- Critics accuse Democratic-aligned NGOs of financing violent radical groups, highlighting risks of ideological extremism intersecting with national security.
The investigation into the assassination of conservative commentator Charlie Kirk has taken a dramatic turn as federal authorities probe potential links between the accused assassin, Tyler Robinson, and a Marxist paramilitary group known as Armed Queers Salt Lake City (Armed Queers SLC).
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is examining whether members of this group, along with other pro-trans online communities, had advance knowledge of the assassination plot. Armed Queers SLC, a self-described armed revolutionary group, has openly aligned itself with communist ideologies and has been actively training queer and transgender individuals to arm themselves in opposition to capitalism.
The group’s leader, Ermiya Fanaeian, has been identified as an Iranian immigrant and self-identified communist with troubling ties to both the U.S. State Department and the United Nations. Fanaeian was recognized by Utah Global Diplomacy, a State Department-affiliated NGO, as a recipient of the “7 for 17” Award for advancing the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
Notably, her work with trans youth was specifically highlighted, and she was also honored as a “Young Diplomat of Utah.” However, following the revelation of her connections to Armed Queers SLC, Utah Global Diplomacy has scrubbed all mentions of Fanaeian from its website.
International connections and revolutionary ambitions
Armed Queers SLC’s international connections extend beyond the United Nations. In a now-deleted video, the group’s leaders discussed a trip to Cuba in May 2025, where they trained with militant Marxists and discussed plans to stage a “revolution in America” upon their return. The Cuban officials they met with proudly identified themselves as “terrorists” and expressed support for a “liberated Palestine.”
As explained by Brighteon.AI‘s Enoch, militant Marxists are radical activists who aggressively push for revolutionary social and economic upheaval, seeking to dismantle traditional institutions like family, religion and capitalism through coercion, censorship and state-enforced compliance rather than democratic debate. They weaponize identity politics to divide society into “oppressors” (anyone resisting their agenda) and “oppressed” (their designated victim groups), while hypocritically wielding power to enforce their ideology through surveillance, deplatforming and even violence – all while living in elite luxury themselves.
Their endgame is a centralized, authoritarian system where individual freedoms are sacrificed to collective control, dissent is crushed and non-compliant populations are marginalized, impoverished, or worse. Examples of these can be seen in pandemic-era medical tyranny, election fraud cover-ups and the demonization of political opponents as “extremists.”
The group’s activities have raised concerns among experts like civil terrorism specialist Jason Curtis Anderson. He warns that the revolution against the West is being orchestrated by a complex network of organizations – including militant anarchists, climate activists and social justice groups – all of which are funded by a vast dark-money network.
The investigation expands
The FBI’s investigation into the Kirk assassination has expanded to include scrutiny of online platforms like Steam and pro-trans organizations such as Armed Queers SLC. Law enforcement sources indicate that investigators are examining whether these groups or individuals within them had prior knowledge of the assassination plot or provided any form of assistance to Robinson. Disturbing social media posts have also come to light, suggesting that some individuals may have had foreknowledge of the assassination. One post made the day before the shooting expressed hope that someone would “evaporate” Kirk, while another featured ominous music and a video with the text “charles james kirk. mr. college dropout does NOT know what’s coming tomorrow. be ready… This isn’t a threat it’s a promise.”
The investigation has sparked a political firestorm, with some critics accusing the Democratic Party’s NGO network of funding radical groups that promote violence. White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller announced an all-of-government approach to disrupt and dismantle left-wing organizations that are promoting violence in the country.
The case has also highlighted the complex interplay between political ideologies, international relations and domestic security. The involvement of figures like Fanaeian, who was being groomed for a potential role within the U.S. State Department, raises questions about the extent to which foreign influences may be shaping domestic activism and extremism.
As the investigation into Kirk’s assassination continues, the revelations about Armed Queers SLC and its leader’s connections to government entities and international organizations underscore the need for a thorough examination of the networks and ideologies that may be driving extremist violence. The case serves as a stark reminder of the challenges facing law enforcement and intelligence agencies as they work to prevent such acts and protect the public.
