“I’m scared and don’t know what to do. I feel so alone.”  

This is the most common sentiment we hear from the hundreds of women who call our 800 number Hotline each month. Facing an unplanned pregnancy has them feeling uncertain and vulnerable. 

We are here to provide them with a lifeline. PROLIFE Across AMERICA’s media outreach aims to reach women in crisis—and to give them hope with life-affirming options.  

PROLIFE Across AMERICA’s Billboards, Radio Ads, and Online Ads educate viewers about the pre-born baby’s development, and provide an 800 number Hotline to help those in need. For many people who see or hear our ads, it’s the only exposure they have to a pro-life message. 

We’ll never know the full impact one ad can have. But we know we’re reaching callers like these:  

• “I feel like everyone is pushing me to have an abortion, but I’m just not sure. What kind of help do you have?” – Madison, WI 

• “Do you help pregnant women? I’m pregnant and need some medical help.” – Tampa, FL 

The abortion pill now accounts for nearly two-thirds of all abortions in the U.S., and that number is expected to increase with the recent news of defunding Planned Parenthood. Through the use of the Abortion Pill, they have made abortions more affordable, more accessible, and faster to receive. The dangers of the Abortion Pill are many, but here are just a few: 

• Emergency room visits for women who have taken the abortion pill are on the rise – an increase of 500% over the past decade! And, 1 out of 5 women who undergo a chemical abortion will suffer a complication. Despite what the mainstream media wants to portray, abortion pills are not safe. The FDA’s own label of the abortion pill shows that 1 in 25 women who take the abortion pill will go to the ER. 

• There’s a strong correlation between the Abortion Pill usage dramatically rising after the overturn of Roe v. Wade. Mail-order abortions are being expanded so they’re available at every woman’s doorstop – even in states that have an abortion ban. They are also expanding abortion centers in states where abortion is legal so they can provide telemedicine and pay for women from out-of-state to fly in to get an abortion. 

• More than half of all chemical abortions are done by unmarried women in their twenties. These are independent women who are used to doing everything on the Internet. The mental and physical effects on our future population could be many without these women getting the support they need. With the Abortion Pill, instead of a doctor performing the abortion, these expecting mothers are now the abortionists themselves! Many women turn to the Internet to share the trauma of taking the Pill and facing the intense bleeding all alone. There are no medical professionals to help guide them or to offer post-abortion support. 

For a woman facing an unexpected pregnancy, PROLIFE Across AMERICA’s billboards and ads are a reminder that help is just a phone call or web chat away. And for those who may influence her decision, our Ads are designed to “plant a seed”—to educate and to counteract the lies from the abortion industry about life before birth.
