U.S. Works to Ease Memory Chip Shortage Through Supply Chain Coalition The Trump administration is working to address the global memory chip shortage through a supply chain coalition called Pax Silica, according to a U.S. official. Undersecretary of State for Economic Affairs Jacob Helberg said that addressing the memory shortage is a key priority for the initiative.
