Mr. President, thank you again. You have restored truth in America, including the obvious truth of two sexes, men and women – biologically, legally, and biblically. You succinctly put our Maine governor in her place, a foppish Democrat so sure of herself she sees no need for God or biology.
The rot in some trees is hard to see until they fall. Her recent rudeness at the White House, before you and other governors, reaffirms to many of us that she is as blind to her place, rank, and how she represents us as she is to 50 years of Title IX law.
The bigger point is that, while big people apologize when truth hits them broadside, small people do not. She never has, and likely never will. You have helped many to see her character, or rather lack of it.
This may seem a small thing in the big world, just one small shaft of light hitting a dark corner, illuminating it, helping others to see what lay hidden there, but I think what you did is bigger.
Mainers now see, some who did not before, that the leftwing Democrat Party in Maine – and other blue states – is morally, mentally, and fundamentally bankrupt. They are out of touch with average people, stiff-arming reality, and – to quote another president – “destined for the ash heap of history.”
In Maine, 90 percent of us understand that boys do not belong in girls’ sports, locker rooms, and bathrooms, impairing their scholarships and invading their privacy, dignity, or safety. Not to see that is just arrogance.
So, as we look forward to 2026 and well beyond, thinking on the great Norman Rockwell traditions of Maine, lobstering, farming, logging, working in the woods, with our hands, hearts, and for family, state, and nation, you have highlighted this governor’s utter failure – and her party’s utter failure – to lead.
On behalf of Mainers who know truth from fiction, who love their sons and daughters, as I do mine, who see the future as about stepping up, speaking up, and not allowing those who push untruth to prevail, thank you again. You have been, whether you know it or not, a source of strength and inspiration.
While Maine’s Democrat governor will not apologize – to anyone – for her impertinence, arrogance, and embarrassing self-importance, most Mainers are not that way. More now see her … as she is.
In closing, we Mainers are, by and large, a likable lot. We thank you for plain talk, standing in our corner, for our daughters, and for the hard-working, grateful men and women of Maine. The rot in some trees is hard to see until they fall.
