America’s elections are at risk because federal voter registration still relies on an “honor system” with no proof of citizenship required. The U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) is considering a rule to fix this—but time is running out to leave your comment!

Add your voice today and urge the EAC to require documentary proof of citizenship to protect the integrity of our elections.

Legislation and Policy Support

H.R. 2757 – Medicare Audiology Access Improvement Act of 2025

Under current Medicare regulations, seniors are denied the ability to fully access audiology services provided by qualified, independent audiologists despite these services being covered under federal law and within the audiologists’ professional scope of practice. This legislation will empower licensed audiologists to directly bill Medicare for covered services without the need for a pre-treatment order. Furthermore, the bill extends these services to Rural Health Centers and Federally Qualified Health Centers, improving access for seniors in underserved and rural areas, where choices are already limited. What “Free Palestine” Really Means

On October 7, 2023, Hamas’ attack on Israel left over 1,200 dead and 251 people taken as hostages. Shockingly, rallies around the world praised and supported the terrorists. In the 5-minute video, What “Free Palestine” Really Means, author and radio talk-show host Larry Elder explains why this is a pivotal moment for Western civilization. PragerU is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that promotes American values in short educational videos for people of all ages.

Term of the Week: Referendum

“A direct popular vote on an issue of public policy, such as a proposed amendment to a state constitution or a proposed law. Referendums, which allow the general population to participate in policymaking, are not used as the national level, but are common at the state and local levels. A referendum is often used to gauge popular approval or rejection of laws recently passed or under consideration by a state legislature. A referendum can also be used to initiate legislative action.”

(Hirsch, E. D., et al. The Dictionary of Cultural Literacy. 2nd ed., Houghton Mifflin, 1993, p. 338.)
