Will the new rules survive the Trump administration?

During his first term, President Trump rolled back numerous environmental regulations, and his administration has already fired hundreds of EPA employees. Legal experts warn that the Trump administration may either renege on its legal obligation to finalize the rules by August or water them down to the point of ineffectiveness.
