The ruler of Poland, Andrzej Duda, has claimed that a war between Russia and NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) is “extremely close.” Duda is warning the world of an imminent war between Russia and NATO if Kiev fails to secure victory in its conflict with Moscow.
Russia has warned that if Kiev does secure a victory somehow, it would also lead to World War III. So who do we believe? Or are we just starting down the barrel of a third world war waiting for the trigger to be pulled?
“We cannot allow Russia to win this war… Because if we let Ukraine lose, then a potential war between Russia and the West will be extremely close,” Duda claimed, slamming Moscow’s operation against Kiev as a manifestation of “Russian imperialism.” He also claimed that Russian President Vladimir Putin would want to “attack further and further” if allowed to win against Ukraine.

According to a report by RT, Duda further claimed that NATO is “unanimous” in considering Russia “the greatest and direct threat to the security” of the bloc, and signaled that despite being a “defensive alliance,” it is gearing up for a war with Russia. “There is a determination to show Putin that the West is not afraid… The threat of war exists because words of condemnation alone will not deter Russia,” the Polish leader said, adding that NATO is therefore “arming” itself to “deter” the ‘Russian threat’ with military might.
So far, Russia has refrained from retaliating against NATO, the West, and the United States for its involvement in the conflict with Ukraine. Should that change, a war would break out immediately. Russia’s restraint is all that’s keeping the world from the horrific and possibly imminent WWIII.
Duda made these comments during an interview with the Wirtualna Polska news portal on Tuesday. He further claimed that if Russia were “allowed” to defeat Ukraine, it would then attack the NATO states.
This notion has been brought up repeatedly by NATO and Western countries, and Russia has repeatedly denied that there is any validity to it.
