The renowned American human rights lawyer and professor of international law at the University of Illinois died Thursday at Carle Foundation Hospital. Independent journalist Sam Husseini, who was in touch with Boyle’s brother Jerry, confirmed the legal scholar’s demise in a post on X.

Boyle was a leading expert in international law and bioweapons. He drafted the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 and authored several influential books, including “Resisting Medical Tyranny: Why the COVID-19 Mandates are Criminal” and “Biowarfare and Terrorism.” His legal and academic contributions were instrumental in shaping international law and policy, particularly in the areas of biological warfare and human rights.

Boyle’s passing marks the end of a transformative career dedicated to exposing injustices and fighting for human rights. “Francis was the first person to blow the whistle on the WHO’s Pandemic Treaty and IHR amendments. His advice was crucial to our success,” she remarked. “I will miss his counsel greatly.”

The Health Ranger Mike Adams likewise paid tribute to Boyle. Adams had interviewed Boyle several times, both on Brighteon.com and for Alex Jones’ InfoWars.

“Dr. Boyle was an extraordinary man. He exposed Dr. Fauci’s crimes against humanity and the U.S. empire’s violation of laws restricting bioweapons research, among many other topics,” Adams said. “I have no doubt that right now, Dr. Boyle’s soul is ‘up to his eyeballs’ (as he liked to say) in praise from God for his amazing work here on Earth. May we all live lives with such meaning and impact. R.I.P. Dr. Boyle, we all love you.”
