Everyone who watches tv news, reads the newspapers, and follows mainstream media online should now be VERY SELECTIVE about their consumption of information regarding everything they “consume,” including food, beverages, water, supplements, prescription medications, vaccines (yes, by injecting it you’re consuming it), and everything they put on their skin, hair, nails, etc.

The mass media shills for Big Food and Big Pharma, but at least half of all Americans fail to realize it. Now that they know they were manipulated, at least to some extent, by fake news about Trump and conservatives, they should take their information consumption to the next level. Clean it up.

Avoid the “corporate aisles” at all grocery stores – basically the whole middle section of the store. Shop on the outer perimeters, for fresh organic fruits and vegetables, then move to the fresh or frozen meats (if you eat meat) that are free from hormones and antibiotics (not farm raised). Remember, if anything is advertised on a commercial, it’s probably processed junk-science food stuff. Avoid it.
