ELECTION INTERFERENCE: Daughter of judge in Trump case boasts Kamala Harris, Adam Schiff as corporate clients
Conservative activist Laura Loomer has blown the lid on Judge Merchan, the New York State Supreme Court justice who just issued a gag order against President Trump.
Loomer uncovered that Judge Merchan’s daughter Loren boasts Vice President Kamala Harris as a client at her company, which just so happens to center around campaigns and elections.
Loren Merchan is both a partner and president of Authentic Campaigns, as the company is called, boasting not just Harris as a client but also Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.).
On Loren Merchan’s X account (@LorenM426), her profile picture shows an image of Trump behind bars in a jail cell. We also know from Federal Election Commission (FEC) reports that Loren Merchan is a frequent Act Blue donor to Democrat candidates.
To say that there is a serious conflict of interest here would be an understatement. In essence, the daughter of the guy prosecuting Trump right now is a left-wing activist who works with the current vice president and one of America’s leading anti-Trump Democrat politicians.

Judge Merchan: Recuse yourself
The story gets even juicier as Loomer also revealed that corrupt, Trump-hating New York State Attorney General Letitia James (@TishJames on X) is contributing money to Loren Merchan’s Authentic Campaigns company.
All throughout the trial against Trump, in fact, James has continued to make payments to Authentic Campaigns, with Loren’s mother Lara having once worked directly under James.

The cesspool of political incest run deep, and thanks to Loomer’s investigative work, it has been revealed that a large payment was made from the Democrat Attorneys General Association (DAGA) to Authentic Campaigns in October 2023 when Trump’s trial was first brought before James.
“Major conflict of interest,” Loomer notes about the arrangement.
Now, Loomer is calling on Judge Merchan to recuse himself since Michael Cohen is James’ star witness. Judge Merchan is also overseeing Cohen as Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s star witness in the Trump case.
Loomer has all of the receipts to prove her claims, which she posted to X for the world to see.
“These relationships are quite incestuous,” noted Dr. Vincent Sativa. “I’m not even talking about just this situation; I’m talking about all the scam investigations and witch hunts over the last 6+ years. It’s the same group of players over and over again.”
Another noted that there were at least four payments made from DAGA to Authentic Campaigns in a single quarter, which collectively totaled $20,000.
“Does this mean that in any NY courtroom, AG James can simply pay the Merchan Crime Family with family jobs to coerce the judgment she wants at trial?” asked another person on X.
“When you add the $13 million in cash from Schiff to the ‘family,’ it sounds like a mob family operation.”
Another noted that it is quite clear at this point that Democrats “went judge shopping when they orchestrated all of these indictment hoaxes.”
“Has Trump had a single judge who didn’t vote for Biden?” this person further asked. “Judge Merchan needs to recuse himself, and this indictment hoax against Trump needs to be dismissed. Enough with the lawfare.”
Others asked Tucker Carlson if he would dedicate an entire episode to these revelations, which were made public thanks to Loomer’s hard work.
“Kamala was also scheming with Fani Willis, and Joe Biden sent his DOJ into Bragg’s office (they know he’s too dumb to handle this fraudulent case),” wrote another.
“These are RICO violations to railroad Trump, the true election interference.”
