The incident unfolded when a teenager, awakened by unusual noises in his home, armed himself with a firearm to investigate. He encountered an intruder, leading to both parties exchanging gunfire, prompting the suspect to flee the scene.

Christian County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson, Chris Miller, stated that while the suspect remains unidentified, several shots were fired during the incident. Thankfully, there have been no injuries reported.
